About me
Some say that light and shadow are opposites; I say they dance. I don’t believe in the need to divide the world into good or bad, sacred or ordinary. I believe in wholeness, in presence, in the quiet (and sometimes noisy!) art of being human together.
I am a trained massage therapist with studies in anatomy and body function, and I am always learning. Curiosity is one of my favorite ways to appreciate the world. I believe that every new piece of knowledge, every level of understanding, adds depth to how we connect.
Whether through a therapeutic massage, laughing during a lazy afternoon, or simply sitting in shared silence, I bring warmth, heightened sensitivity, and presence. When we are together, I am fully present with you: no phone, no rush, for now.
I also find myself reflected in the arts: music and theatre are two of my lifelong passions. They have taught me to feel deeply and to move with emotion instead of resisting it.
You could call what I offer therapy, companionship, or simply time well spent. I call it an interpersonal connection – and that’s where the magic happens.
